Pixelated host video

My last few Zoom meetings with a friend - he initiates and I join - his video is completely pixelated. He sees my video clearly, he sees his own camera clearly. I have tried uninstalling Zoom and reinstalling, changing HD to Non HD settings on both ends - no change.

I solved the host pixelating problem. It was being caused by one of MY video settings. I tried unclicking each of the 6 possoble boxes until I found the one that was the culprit. No More pixels.
