I'd like to know how many separate participants a host can pin to separate screens. For example, if I have a quad card, can I pin 4 individual participants to the 4 individual screens? Thank you

In Zoom, you have the ability to pin up to 9 individual participants to separate screens, allowing for a more personalized and organized viewing experience.
For instance, if you're using a quad-screen setup, you can pin four different participants to each screen, giving you a total of four separate feeds.
To pin a participant, simply hover over their video, click the three dots that appear, and select "Pin" from the dropdown menu.
You can repeat this process for up to 9 participants, creating a customized layout that suits your needs.
For more information follow this help article - Pinning participants' videos (zoom.com)
Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Do you know how those 4 monitors will be changed once I start sharing one of the monitors with participants?
2024-08-08 04:50 AM
When you share one of your monitors in a Zoom meeting, the pinned participants will be minimized or hidden to optimize screen space for the shared content.
This is a standard behavior in Zoom, where the primary focus shifts to the shared screen, and other elements, including pinned participants, are reduced in size or temporarily hidden.
However, it's essential to note that this behavior may vary slightly depending on your Zoom version and settings.
Additionally, the screen sharing mode you choose, such as entire screen, application window, or whiteboard, can also impact how pinned participants are affected. This means that the specific behavior may differ depending on your specific Zoom configuration and screen sharing options.

Thanks again. I just did a broadcast and was unable to pin to more than 2 screens. I made sure not to have a screen share activated. I was able to pin 4 participants to the first screen and then drag the entire window over the four desktops to isolate them, but this is not a solid enough solution for a live broadcast. How do I go beyond enabling dual monitors? Is there a particular Zoom Pro or something I need to upgrade to? FYI - I have one GPU running a fifth monitor for control, and the other GPU running the quad outputs.
