Pin multiple participants so Deaf Interpreter stays visible to other participants always

As either the host of a meeting, or as a participant, I would like to accommodate Deaf participants by being able to pin a sign language interpreter, as well as to pin the host or other participant(s).  Is there a way to do that layout?  I am trying to do this on the PC Desktop version of zoom and I cannot determine if this is possible.
