Personalized Virtual Background Images NOT translating to using Zoom on New Laptop

I have standard account.  Have set up Zoom account and been using for months.  But, when use Zoom on brand new laptop (HP Pavillion, Windows 11), all the background images from using Zoom on the tower PC do NOT translate to my using same Zoom account on new laptop .... I thought the Cloud account remained same regardless of device!  Tnx!

    Virtual backgrounds are not synced between devices, unless they have been uploaded by an admin for the entire account.
