Personal meeting room-host and guests both show in room but not together. Happened twice now.

Hello my employer asked me to find out why the last few zooms she has set up  where she gave them her personal meeting room , they were in the room and she was too but they weren't in the same place.  Can you let me know how to make sure this doesn't happen again please.  This was not happening to her before.
