Personal Meeting Room start with participant video and microphone enabled?

Is there any way to set Zoom settings to automatically start video and microphone for all participants joining Personal Meeting Room?

I have a problem with several of the less tech savvy participants not understanding how to enable audio and video, so I would love to have the option to set the meeting to automatically start both for them upon being admitted from waiting room.
