People from China can't joint the meeting, error code 13215

I conducted a meeting using Zoom, and participants from China were unable to join the meeting. The error code was 13215, and participants from other countries had no such issues. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this matter, please help.

Same issue. Suddenly started for me today (but I didn't have any meetings the previous 2 days because it was the weekend). Previous Zoom comments indicate that either the host or the attendee should have a paid account, but I have had a paid account for a long time and have multiple meetings with users in China 5 days a week, week in and week out, and never had this problem until today. 

I have the same issue here.
