People are blurry until they speak

In a large regular zoom meeting, people appeared blurry on the screen until they spoke on screen. We all had video on. There were about 20 participants on the call, all in different locations. We have never had this problem before. Is there something going on with the latest update? And please don't suggest we adjust our camera settings or zoom camera settings; I had a call with one of the participants about 2 hours earlier and they were not blurry at all,  using their own webcam and setup.

We have this issue popping up and I can't find any other posts online about it. Anyone have a suggestion?
