Pause/stop the auto recording in the cloud being a host

Hello everyone,

 

I can't pause/stop the auto recording in the cloud when I'm a host (I simply don't have the button).

The option "Host can pause/stop the auto recording in the cloud" is activated.

Please note that my colleagues don't encounter the problem (we all have the same settings...).

 

Do you have any ideas what can be the source of the problem?

    Hi @NataliaAdmin 

    Are you officially recognized as the host in the meeting? Check the Participants panel and see if you see Host next to your name.

    Hey Natalia, I have noticed that if your window isn't fully maximized, one of the first buttons to disappear (be hidden) on the bottom menu is the record button. Try and make your window bigger, it worked for me!
