My account was blocked by zoom due to wrong password login attempts. I did the whole password reset procedure, but the password reset email never arrives, neither in the inbox nor in the junk mail or spam box. The meeting invitations normally arrive in the hotmail e-mail, however the password reset e-mail does not arrive in the hotmail. The mail I use is hotmail, I had to make a new account to get help on what to do in this case, as the chat boot service did not help much.

I don't know my password.  I'm stuck I have exactly the same problem as Julio above.. Zoom needs to UPDATE their HELP screens.  This is not acceptable.
