When I call Zoom to speak with technical support, I have to give my ID meeting number and my six digit passcode. Zoom says my passcode is invalid, however, the code is in my profile information. Why do they say it is invalid? How can I actually talk with Zoom technical support?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Live phone support is included as part of the service for customers on our Pro Plan who have more than $200 subscription per month. You may check the support plans here.
However, you can still receive support by submitting a ticket through our support system or engaging here in the community forums. Both of these options are available to help address your inquiries and provide assistance.
