Hi all,
My PMI has a passcode, and I want to remove it.
I have waiting room enabled, but the option to disable passcode is locked.
This changed when my account was made part of another team on Zoom, and I have since been removed from that group, but I still cannot

Hi @danielhavas!
Account owners and admins can lock passcode settings, to require passcodes for all meetings and webinars on their account and they can configure minimum passcode requirements to users within the account. Please review the following articles to disable passcodes at the Account or Group level (the account owner will need to make these changes). This will allow you to disable the passcode at the user level :).
