For months now my organization has experienced a frustrating problem: re-occurring Zoom meetings in which the passcode changes on its own. When we log in for the meeting there is inevitably a flurry of emails from people saying the passcode isn't working for them. Then we have to send out a new link which makes the re-occurring meeting practically useless. It's extremely frustrating and inefficient. We can log-in to the Zoom account that originated the meeting to see the new passcode but that doesn't really help when the passcode is wrong in the calendar invite that was sent out. Does anyone else experience this? Is there any way to prevent it from happening?
