Hi @KD5CXJ

After upgrading your Zoom plan, allow some time for the updated participant limit to spread across all platforms. To confirm the change, log in to the Zoom web portal, navigate to "Account Management," and double-check that the "Large Meeting" add-on is properly assigned or your plan level reflects the increased capacity of 1000 participants.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Huma
