Participants unable to join breakout rooms

Hi, I have a pro account and some participants have been unable to join breakout rooms. They get an error message that it has timed out, even though they are trying to join immediately after I open the rooms.  both are just using the link (browser version, not the full app).  Some are joining using work computers and are therefore unable to download the app, how can I resolve this for them?

    Are you on the latest version of Zoom?

    Also - as you are on a paid Pro account, have you tried submitting a support ticket at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
