A person from CAnada was not able to join my Zoom Meeting. How can I fix that?

I would go to the Zoom web portal and sign in. Go to meetings. Click to edit the meeting and see if you have Approve or Block entry to users from specific regions/countries turned on. I added a screenshot. Let me know if this works. If it doesn't, was it one user from Canada that couldn't join your meeting or many users from Canada?

It was one user that could not log in. He had been able to login before. I went to my settings and allowed people from Canada, but he still can not log in.
