Hi All,

Can someone help me out to understand in generating reports.

I have enabled the Require authentication to join: Sign in to Zoom in order for me collect the all the email address of all the participants.

As of now the only emails are on my report are those emails that is my contact or part of the admin/users in our organization.

See the screenshots other participants doesn't have email on the reports.

Hey @DappersUnited glad to have you here! So the 'Require authentication to join: Sign in to Zoom', is actually a authentication security feature, and I don't think you can pull reports based on Requiring authentication to join a meeting/webinar

I suggest looking into our Knowledge Base article on Getting started with Reporting, under the descriptions of report types for members, from there you can generate the report you need within the web portal from https://zoom.us/account/report?isPersonal=true#/usageReports

Note, before you run a report you will need to Scheduling and customizing a meeting with registration
