Participants can't see poll

Some of the members of  my meetings are not able to participate in the polls.  Is there anything they can do?

Hi @kacey98, thank you for posting your question and welcome to the Zoom community! 

Would you be able to provide more information on the specific issue? Are the members unable to see the polls at all or are they able to view the poll but cannot participate? I want to make sure I understand the specific issue before offering a solution 😊

Note that Hosts and Co-Hosts are not able to participate in polls.  The live results will display on screen for Hosts and Co-Hosts, not the data-entry version of the poll.

 

If this is not the case with your meeting, I'm sure @crchan123  will help you out on other possible reasons.
