Participants Windows Bouncing Around

Ever since a couple weeks ago Participants Windows are Bouncing Around on screen depending on who is speaking.  It is only happening for the users with iPads and there is no way to prevent it or turn it off.  Anyone know how to fix or prevent?

It is not clear what you mean by "bouncing around". Do you mean they are changing grid position in the gallery mode, switching back and forth in speaker mode, or something else? Screenshots would be helpful.

Hi apologies. Not best description from me. Whenever the iPad users are in gallery mode everyone changes positions on the grid by itself.  I can’t tell if it’s the speaker but only happens to the iPad users and we didn’t change any settings the past few years.  Thanks vm

Mine is doing the same thing. If I have 4 participants(including me) I’m in the upper LT, another is upper RT. The bottom RT, when person speaks their window lights up green which is normal, but switches to the bottom LT, once done speaking they switch back to the lower RT where they started.

I am having the exact same problem. It is driving me nuts! Is there a fix to this?

Unfortunately this is still happening for my team.  Only happens if there is 4 or more participants.  Does not happen when 2 or 3.  Also, if I grant them multi-pin and they pin every chat that "fixes" things for time being but for some reason I am unable to create co-hosts on my meeting, maybe a limitation set by my firm.  The root of the issue is still there though.
