We have a few users that are licensed in Zoom . they experience an issue that when they scedule a zoom meeting and save it so everything works normally., but when they try to modify the meeting and click save then they got poup telling them that they are Basic users and can not schedule meeting longer than 40 minuttes . I tried to sign them out of all sessions and re-sign in again without luck. Any advise or solution for this please ?

Hi @Sarm welcome to the community! Did you perhaps assign your license after the purchase of a license from https://zoom.us/pricing?
If so, you should see if you are licensed with the meetings from https://zoom.us/profile
Let me know if this helps and if you are still having issues scheduling meetings as a licensed user?
