As a paid member how come my meetings stops after 40 minutes always?

    Hey @iamjja, check out our KB article on Assigning a License. After purchasing a new license from the Zoom Sales team or from the Billing page, you will need to assign it to a user. Let me know if this helps! 🙂

    I would also add that after you've assigned that license to your profile, that you also sign-out and back in on the desktop client, to ensure it recognizes that new license as well.

    Are you a basic user?

    If the conference host is a basic user, the conference will end in 40 minutes.
    Please make sure that a paid user hosts it.
