PMI is exclusive for every user although are in the same acoount? Or the users added in an account use the same PMI of the principal account?

Hi, @MGarcia,
The basic answer to your question is that each Zoom user login has their own PMI, independent and distinct from all other PMIs and Meeting IDs. The account owner has his/her own PMI, which is not used by any other account.
Users with Pro Licenses and above can normally edit the PMI to be something they can remember, with some limitations (the admin can lock the PMIs disallowing editing, the selected PMI must conform to the PMI format, and not be a duplicate of any other existing PMI or Meeting ID).
