PLEASE HELP

I had a meeting today, and I wasn't able to sign in to my account and I was recording it. Now, the problem is I can't find the recording. On my Mac, it says zoom.pkg stopped, idk what this is. Every time I reload it, it just won't reload. I need serious help. Please!
