PLEASE HELP ME

I have a pro account which I pay for but it seems when I arrange a meeting it only gives me the option of  3 times which are 1 hr, 1 hr.30 mins or 1 hr.45 mins.    I thought I could stay on a meeting for 3 hours?    Please can anyone tell me how I can extend these times if it is possible or do I have to pay more money to upgrade from a pro account to a business ?????    Can I say that I only use video meetings and with less than 40 people at any one time.

When I call the 0800 number for help they ask for my meeting number which I have but then they ask me for a 6 digit number in my profile which I am unable to find so I am also unable to get help from them.

The Pro account allows the meeting to continue for up to 30 hours, unless the meeting is ended by the host or 40 minutes elapse with only one participant.
The duration at the time of scheduling is only an estimate and is not to be taken into account.
