Original sound not working on S22 plus with external mic

I have been hosting church services on zoom since 2020 with good audio results.  I have used the same phone and same external mic with toggling between "Enable Original Sound" and "Disable Original Sound" on the phone.  All was fine with my S10e. 

 

I just started using a S22 plus.  The login account, the MOVO mic, wi-fi, and settings are all the same.  Original Sound is not working.  Instead, I get complete silence. When I "Disable Original Sound" speakers are okay, but music is suppressed.  

 

What do I need to toggle to enable Original sound again?  

I am on the latest zoom version.

Did you get an answer to this? I am having the same issue on my Samsung s21 ultra now...

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and late response. 

Kindly turn off your noise cancellation on your phone by going to settings > advance features > then toggle off video call effects.
