Open a window at the end of the meeting with links to different kinds of Salesforce Opportunities

Hello everyone,

Recently I had a conversation with an account manager suggesting the following improvement:

At the end of a customer Zoom meeting open a pop-up window with links for creating a new opportunity in Salesforce.

I would like to know if there is something similar in place, examples or whether this is feasible.
