Open System Preference

Hi...just got a new Mac laptop. Want to share screen and everything is blocked....saying "Open System Preference."

Where do I    find this?

1. Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your screen./ 
2. Select System Preferences. 
3. Select Security and Privacy 
4. Switch to the Privacy tab to provide Zoom access to other features.
