Only voice works in Zoom

When I try to zoom my son's piano lesson with his instructor, the piano music is totally disappeared in zoom.

Only voice is audible. I did a microphone test in zoom. Only voice was recorded and nothing else. I also played with the audio setting such as original sound but nothing changed.

So why is zoom only allowed voice and nothing else?  I wonder because I'm on a basic account.

It is not you, and it is Zoom. There are many suggestions out here in the community and some from Zoom employees. However, nothing seams to be working right now. Maybe soon they will discover what it causing the issues for us. I am in the same boat here.
