Only paid users can be added as an alternative host... (all our users are licensed)...

A licensed user attempted to add another (licensed) user to a meeting.

Zoom keeps giving them the error "Only paid users can be added as an alternative host"

The users are part of the same organization. Both users are licensed. Both users are "paid". The account is up-to-date on payments.
