Oneplus Pad GO - Does Zoom background work on it?

Hi,

I am not getting virtual background option in my Zoom app on Oneplus Pad Go. Has anybody faced a similar issue?

Is virtual background not supported on oneplus Pad Go?

Note that the One Plus Pad Go is a tablet device running the Android operating system.  I’m not familiar with the device, but look at the Android section of the system requirements for Virtual backgrounds here:

Yes. I have the same problem. I've tried turning on virtual backgrounds in Zoom settings but still I can't find the option when I'm in the meetings.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @lynnlattmay3000.

You can access Zoom in three different ways:

• Android app from the Google Play Store.
• Progressive Web App (PWA)
• Within the Chrome browser

There's a lot of differences in the capabilities of these methods, and you don't specify which one you use.

Based on this support document, the virtual background is not supported on the mobile web browsers.  If that applies to you, sorry, virtual background isn't available.

Take a look at the system requirements for virtual backgrounds for the Android app and the Web App here:

If your machine does not have the required hardware and software, virtual backgrounds won't be available.
