One user being put in waiting room

I have an individual user who is being put into a waiting room (she must be admitted to the meeting) during a recurring scheduled meeting. This is not the case for any other users who attend this meeting. She is licensed similarly to other users and is joining this meeting from a laptop,  and I cannot seem to find any reason that this would be occurring for her. What am I missing here?

Hi, @Rippleworks1,

Attendees with user accounts on the same organizational account as the host are permitted to bypass the Waiting Room. My guess is that most of your attendees are coworkers coming straight in, but the other person is either not on your organizational account, or is logging in on another account of theirs.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.
