I've confirmed I have the correct format (using the copy invitation setting). What else could be causing this?

That usually happens if your phone's dialer doesn't handle pauses (commas) properly or if the meeting app isn't parsing the number as expected. Make sure the One Tap Mobile link includes commas (,) between the number, meeting ID, and passcode. Also, try copying the link and pasting it directly into your dialer to see if it works manually. If it still prompts for ID/passcode, it might be a device-specific or app permission issue.
