Number not clickable in outlook

Hi,

I need some help.

We have zoom integrated in outlook in our organization.

Recently, i've notice that when i searched a person in outlook to start a zoom call with him the number is not clickable and its greyed out (it worked before).

The plugin works well if i want to start a session in outlook.

I removed the zoom and zoom plugin and installed new versions and still not working.

Any other ideas?

Hi Rachel,

Thanks for the response,  I tried it and unfortunately it doesnt work.

I just mention that it worked before without any changes from my side.
