Nothing happens when I try to Sign In to Zoom from Salesforce

I installed the Zoom for Salesforce app in my Salesforce staging environment. I've created the custom permission sets and assigned accordingly. When I click Start A Zoom Meeting on any of my page layouts, I'm shown a screen with a button to sign into Zoom (see attached screenshot). I click the button and nothing happens. The Salesforce tabs stay but the main section just goes white.

Hello @TCRoberts  The screen for sign-in going white usually happens due to an outdated web browser. Can you attempt to update your browser and clear your cache and cookies, then try again? Also, what is the default browser that you are currently using?

I'm using Chrome. I updated to latest version (96.0.4664.45). I cleared my cache and cookies for all time. Still not working.
