Not seeing answer to question I asked in registration

I added a question that people must answer when they register for a meeting but it's not showing up when I view the registrants.

I'm also having this issue, as of October 2025. I can view responses by individual under Registration & Join > Manage Registrants, but I have to click each individual registrant and there's no option to download.

 

The Event Analytics > Registration tab > Registration section has a download button that includes all registrants, but only their names and email addresses. While the questions I asked are listed in the export, the fields are blank. 

 

Any workaround for this?
