When I schedule a meeting or accept an invitation to a meeting the invite shows up in my calendar but the invite doesn't include the link for me to cclick on to open the meeting. And I don't receive email confirmations for "My meeting"
Does anyoen else have this problem or kinwo how it can be resolved?

Hi there,
Thank you so much. My tech person was here yesterday. First he tried to link Zoom to a Gppgle calendar and that didn't work. Then we updated Microcoft Word which was the 2006 version. After he did that everthing is running ok. I appreciate that you took the time to share your insights.
Best,
Dennis

This sounds like an incorrectly structured ics file probably due to the integration between your calendar and Zoom. As a solution you can create the invite in your email calendar client and paste the link there. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom app, Salepager, for sharing calendar invites for Zoom meetings.

I am running into this same problem. I have been researching this and a lot of commenters are saying that you either have to buy the new scheduler or create the invites through Google/Link invitees to your calendar and/or contacts list. As we do these meetings for the Firm I work for, and that is breaking client confidentiality. Now if it is a plug in on your email (we use outlook) it suddenly works. Hopefully this helps.

Me, too. I registered for three different meetings this week from three different organizations and have received NO link to any of them. My Microsoft 365 is current so that shouldn't be an issue. What's going on?
