Not accessible from Curacao

Hi,

I am working remotely on the Caribbean island of Curacao.  I know that Zoom works here as local colleagues are able to access it, however, I am getting an error message that says: This meeting is not accessible from Curacao at this time (Error Code 1142).  I was the one who set up the meeting, and I also get the same message when I use my personal meeting room.  Please help!

Hi @Otesha and welcome to the community! Error code 1142 means the host (in this case that would be yourself) may have restricted the country/region that you are currently in. To fix this issue, please login to the Zoom Web Portal and change the "Approve or block entry for users from specific countries/regions" setting. You can find it under Settings > Security (see image below). Please let me know if this helps!
