Not able to start meeting as host

Hello! Over the past few weeks I've struggled a couple of times where zoom meetings I have scheduled (in Outlook with the Zoom plug in) have then not allowed me to start the meeting. 

I have been stuck in a waiting room waiting for the 'host' to start the meeting, along with the other attendees. But I am the host? 

I have tried logging in to Zoom newly but otherwise not sure what I can do here.

 

This isn't happening with all my zoom meetings but most of them. Any ideas why?

Before clicking on the link to start the meeting can you please log out of your Zoom app and log back in using the email associated with the meeting. Once you have done so, please start the meeting.

Hello, I have been experiencing the same issue and the zoom support is not helpful at all. I cannot start any meeting and it kept saying the meeting was ended by the host, while I was supposed to be the host. Is there anything I can do to resolve it?
