Not able to login Zoom Meeting App on both Computer and phone

I tried to log in Zoom Meeting App on computer. First  log in with email was told Invalid email or password (but it's correct). Second time log in with sms, but Faild to send verifcation Code. I tried on my iphone app it's the same message when I log in with email. Can please tell how can I solve this problem?
