Not a technical question. Boss wants the shared Zoom account that everyone has access to.

Depending on the ask here, if you are looking for an account that multiple people have access to, that will violate Zoom's Terms of Service: "You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password, and you agree not to disclose or make your username or password accessible to any third party." If you are looking to have users be able to schedule meetings on behalf of other users, I would advise looking into Scheduling Privilege here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061749
