No video

I can't get Zoom video to work.  It is turned on, in my camera computer settings it says "currently in use" but nothing but a black screen.  It works for Teams and any other apps, just not zoom.

Hi @samn1 

 

Try a different browser incase it is from Web, From App, reintsall which will solve the issue.

Else, check for Settings > Video, and verify that the correct camera is selected from the dropdown menu

Else, Settings > Privacy > Camera, and make sure that Zoom is allowed to access your camera
