No "Help"; Tiny when screenshare on

Hi there -

1. It's been a couple of months since I've used Zoom as a host, but I thought there used to be a visible "Help" button while one was in a Zoom meeting (whereby one could look up quick help topics)?

2. When in Screenshare, both the window I want to share plus the window showing me as host reduce to a tiny basically unusable size. I've tried everything I can find online and nothing works to change the size so far. Nor can I resize them manually -- no resizing "handles" seem to appear. In Video Settings, my Screenshare settings are Fullscreen, Scale to fit shared contnt to Zoom window, and Side-by-Side Mode.  Thank you!
