No puedo actualizar la última versión

No logro ingresar al programa, a colocar mi información, el sistema me indica que tengo una versión anterior y me pide la nueva, he tratado de descargar desde el sitio web las últimas y aún así me sale siempre el mismo error.

Favor ayuda
