No longer able to add new images of videos to background library

For the past 2 years I was able to add new images and videos and choose them for my background.  While I can still choose images or videos and they display correctly, I can NO LONGER add new images or videos to the library.   

I deleted half of them and tried to re add them but that did not work either. 

 

I restarted my computer and the problem persists.  

 

I know that a Windows update was done recently though.

    Are you the admin or owner of the account in question?

    I am the admin and I have been adding and changing backgrounds for the past 2 years. Its only recently that I lost the ability to add new background images.  I can still delete them, though.

    I have this same exact problem. Did you ever get any more help or information?
