No internal audio on Android 11 when using AZ screen recorded

Hi! We use Zoom in our Spanish class however our professor does not record our lessons using the recording button on Zoom so I use a 3rd party app like AZ screen recorder to record our class for me to review/study. What can I do to record the internal audio? I just read that there's a new Google policy (Android 10 and later) that limits the users to record internal audio. Thank you.

If you are trying to record internal audio on your phone, you should remove any connected earphones or other accessories such as Bluetooth headphones or speakers. After removing accessories, select Internal Audio in the Screen Recorder Audio settings and then try to record.

This may help.
