Hola buen día, tengo el siguiente inconveniente.

En configuraciones de la web de zoom voy a avanzados, tengo la opcion habilitada de fondo virtual de imagen activada, pero sin embargo cuando me dirijo a la aplicacion no me deja subir a menos que tenga un fondo verde, y dice que no soy compatible, que podria hacer? oh alguna recomendacion de algun programa externo para poder poner fondo de imagenes o opacidad, y alguna recomendacion sobre ajustes de video, me ayudarian mucho espero su pronta respuesta!.
