No breakout room option after scheduling a meeting

Hi !

 

Does anyone know this?

 

I have enabled the breakout room option using the web portal.

Then I clicked Schedule a meeting.

But there is no other button for me about creating breakout rooms, hence no way for me to upload a CSV file at all.

 

Why is it so?

Is it due to the license ?

    Hi,

    If you are trying to create your meeting with the PC client, you will not be able to find the breakout room options. Breakout rooms are managed from the web portal. See here below how to pre-assign participants:

      Thank you! I was so confused. Actually I didn't see the Options button under schedule meetings to reveal the Breakout rooms option. 😂
