No blur option available - running latest client and up to date CPU

Running the latest Zoom client on a AMD Ryzen 3 2200G 16GB RAM Windows 10 I do not have an option to blur the background. I have scanned a number of posts on this topic both here and on other forums and there does not seem to be any resolution. The computer is powerful enough as is the graphics card so I don't know what else I can do

    Hey @lchiu7, suggest looking into the KB on Zoom Virtual Background system requirements it looks like these are the only supported processors

    • Apple M1
    • i5-6000 or higher
      • Note: 6th generation i5 dual-core processor, requires macOS 10.14 or higher
    • i7-4000 or higher
