No Zoom Audio Output

Hi all, 

 

I have been experiencing an issue with Zoom audio output - I cannot hear anything in Zoom meetings on my laptop, nor when I do an audio test on Zoom. My laptop's speakers/audio work fine for everything else; it is only on Zoom that I am experiencing this issue. 

 

I have tried connecting other speakers and no such luck. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
