I have a MacBook Air (OS Venture 13.5) and Zoom (version 5.17.5). When I use Zoom through my browser, or through the Zoom app on my computer or iPhone SE, I do not have the option for Remote Control. I can share my screen, but I don't have the option for Remote Control.
In Zoom settings, Basic Meetings Remote Control option is on.
In my Mac Privacy settings, Zoom can access the camera, and Remote Management is on.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey @penpencil welcome to the community! One question, are you the host or attendee of the meeting?Requesting or giving remote control is only for Zoom desktop client and iPad, therefore, you would not see this option in-browser or on the iPhone or Android devices. You can request remote control if the host has the correct settings or if you're the host, you should be able to give remote control to another participant if the settings are enabled from the web portal.
